I haven't been there when it happened but I always wanted to do mentors! We should have that again for those who want it and issue hub for those who don't. This way there will be less Issues and more newbies will get more help!

No support..<br /> <br /> I kind of feel like this is saying we're not helping enough, and that makes me kinda sad :C I think newbies already get a lot of help - they submit issues and we go as in depth as we possibly can in order to answer their questions. Besides, if someone really wants a mentor, can't they make friends with someone experienced and ask them? That's what I did when I started. A bunch of my friends were members before I started, so when I had questions they walked me through things. I think between friends and us newbie helpers, the newbies are pretty much covered..

No support.<br /> <br /> We have newbie helpers that are made for helping newbies...and old players too. Plus with this, issue hub may not have much of a purpose ?
